The duration (time) the advertisement shall appear on any section of this site, shall be the one agreed prior to the publishing of such advertisement. In addition, if the advertisement is informed to be successful before its expiry time, and the client paid for a particular period of time, the blog admin shall not make a return of any form of repayment no matter the advertisement succeeds before that particular time.
Since this site has been designed to serve economic needs, most of its services are free, but with some limitations. If a client is able to design his/her advertisement (s) on own following the given instructions,the advertisement (s) shall be free for a specific period of time i.e. three (3) days. Unless the client is able to design the advertisement (s) on own, the cost to design will be negotiable between the admin and him/her. For clients who would like to design their advertisements on their own, they should design the advertisement (s) of these specifications: The file type must be JPEG or GIF, width = 315 pixels (Not other measurements), height not less than 130 pixels or more than 200 pixels. In case, the client wants to make a file of size with height above the specified measurements, he/she must consult the admin. After then, the client can send the file to the available contacts found in the section of contacts in this site. E-mail is more preferable. In this circumstance, payments should be directed through the Vodacom Number (Vodacom M-PESA) and the client should keep the M-PESA message for approval of payment if needed. Failure to adhere to the given specifications and instructions, the advertisement will be void.
Failure to access the content of this site due to network problem is not the concern of the blog admin.
